We reach out to the young school-going students and the under-privileged by holding cost-free, intellectual and friendly sessions. These engagements are absolutely Free of Cost and are undertaken to eradicate the health related issues at all levels and make everyone health conscious.

Schools
Schools provide the right medium for the students and their parents to adopt a way of life and this is where we strive to address the issues at the grass root level. We conduct sessions with schools to inculcate the right set of healthy ways right in the beginning. Studies reflect that better immunity in kids help them be healthy throughout their life
Economically Weaker Section (EWS)
It is important for the economically weaker section of the society to understand the benefits of obtaining a healthy living. They are generally ignored and don’t have the means to obtain this information and hence we spend dedicated time every month reaching out to the under privileged of the society and preaching them on the benefits of living a healthy life is the need of the hour.
NGOs
Collaborating with NGOs with similar mind-set and goals who focus on helping people understand the benefit of accepting a certain healthy lifestyle with the use of natural techniques and procedures is what gives us access to lot more areas and citizens which we did not have. We use different mediums here to communicate through these NGOs.
